Phil brings a wealth of experience in adaptability to Phillips. He can change color at the drop of a leaf, a change in terrain, or in the heat of the moment. His independently moveable eyes offer nearly 360 degree vision, allowing him to see the forest AND the trees. Zygodactyl feet, or pincers, allow Phil to grasp even the smallest piece of information and turn it adeptly into a big idea.
In his position as change management consultant, Phil is responsible for assisting the entire Phillips team in meeting your ever-changing needs.

What I love about my job:
I love getting to collaborate with co-workers, many of whom I've known my whole life. The dedication here is amazing. Everyone works hard to contribute to the teamwork necessary to meet deadlines and produce top quality products. As customized as many of our projects are, a great sense of creativity, hard work and adaptability are all necessary.
Hobbies: Drumming, my WRVU radio show, photography, drawing, tennis, philosophical conversations.

What I love about my job:
It’s great to work with a production team that has a great sense of integrity, that is constantly concerned about the quality of our product, and that is always looking out for the best interest of the client and the company. I enjoy the day-to-day diversity of projects…it makes every day unique. Estimating a project from specs one day and seeing a beautifully finished piece ship out the back door the next gives me a great sense of accomplishment.
Hobbies: Reading, listening to music, watching movies, wakeboarding, snowboarding, playing soccer with my dog
